I Worked Out Today! Did You? - Thursday!
I worked out this morning. I didn't want to but I made myself. I can't even say it was a good workout. I was slow on the rower. I skimped out on the weights and I lowered my speed on the treadmill. Then about 35 mins into a 55 min workout I hit my stride and as we were running at inclines today I started competing with myself. I went 1% higher and 1 mph faster than my trainer was telling us. My last 60 second sprint was 15% incline @ 7mph. I am certain I am going to feel this tomorrow. So net result was not great but sometimes it is worth forcing yourself to go.
And for some more good news I just found out that the gym at my new client is available to contractors for FREE! So I am going to go down and check it out later if they have a bench and squat rack I will be back to two a day workouts!!!!!! YAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!

I haven't worked out yet today - I do that when I get home and I see my trainer on Mondays and Fridays. It is amazing how much better I feel when I'm finished even if I wasn't really motivated to begin with. I'm down about 50 pounds with 100 pounds left to go and no matter how hard I try there's always a small part of me that is doubting my ability to succeed...so I exercise and journal my food. I haven't lost enough to see a big difference in my body but I REFUSE to stop working toward my goal. I keep telling myself that everything I'm doing is for my future and a healthier me!
