Graham Elliot - my hero

http://www.thebraiser.com/graham-elliot-defends-weight-loss- surgery/ (He had VSG even though the article says he had lap-band.)

Graham Elliot having WLS was one of the things that pushed me over the edge into doing it myself.  I'm awed that someone whose entire livelihood revolves around food can be as successful as he has been.  I figure if he can do it, I have nothing preventing me from achieving my own goals.

He's amazing.

I love that man! I can't wait for Master Chef to start back up :) It will be interesting to see how/if they weave his WLS story into the show.

I wonder the same thing!  I watch Master Chef mainly for him, he just seems like such a sweet guy.  :D  Maybe his restaurant in Chicago will have some WLS-friendly meal options as a result some day!

Seriously though.. some people might have "thinspiration" pics of bikini clad women on their walls... I've got pics of him :D

I just clicked through to the article. I hate that they claimed that he had Lap Band surgery. He actually had VSG. Such a short article, you'd think they could get their facts straight.

This one gets the surgery right.  (Sorry, I hadn't noticed it was wrong in the one I picked - I picked it for the video link!)

I was really surprised to see he had lost 150lbs in 9  months working around food and what not. Good for him!

He needs to ditch the white glasses..they look odd on him post op. I get it that's it's a gimmick with him, but still. Just. NO. lol
