I wear a size 4 jeans most of the time and still need medium to large shirts when most people my size would be wearing small shirts. I feel like it makes me look heavier and they are still uncomfortable! Anyone else out there like that? I don't like the big breasts at all. I had been hoping they'd be smaller. I kind of wish they had just deflated so I could pick the size and look from a plastic surgeon and walk out with the perfect set of boobs for me. A reduction is a much bigger pain in the rear and then I might still need a lift/augmentation. So I guess I better learn to embrace the boobs?

I have the same problem, although I'm certainly not fitting into size 4's.  I've always been bigger on top - broader shoulders and now I have a lot of extra "back skin".  I bought a medium shirt off the rack the other day - big mistake!  Even if I lose another 5-7 lbs. it still won't fit.  Oh well, there's a lot worse problems to have! :-)

A family member of mine had rny 5 years ago and her chest was still big and hurt her shoulders. All she had to do was complain of shoulder pain and they gave her a reduction. She now has B's and loves them. She is much more comfortable and her quality of life improved a good deal.

Why would you need a lift/augmentation after a reduction?? That makes no sense. With a reduction, the breasts are lifted. and a reputable surgeon would listen to you and not remove too much. I had a lift only because there was not enough tissue remaining to call it a "reduction". I would have loved for my insurance to pay for it.

I have lost over 100 pounds and my cup size has not decreased at all! I'm still in an F cup!! But a good friend of mine says she'd rather be skinny and blessed with big boobs than skinny with a flat chest. My sister is a bean pole and has no boobs. So, I have decided to just embrace them.

Well I was always busty, its just proportional now I guess.  Before surgery I was a 36G bra now I am a 32G bra.  So even though I am size 4/6 so tops I still need a Medium.

I worry this will happen to me and I'm sure it will.

I had to get my first actual bra (not a training one) in 3rd grade (totally serious) I still have a lot to lose, but with the 70 lbs I've lost so far my cup size has not gone down at all. I did go from a 44 down to a 40 (and probably gonna need a 38 soon) but yeah, I am still a DDD :(  I hope I at least get down to a DD or D when I lose substantially more, but would love to be a C one day.
