I HIT 100! ! !
First time posting, member for awhile. I started my journey Aug 15, 2013. started with the NUT on a 1300 cal diet, lost 37 lbs. Surgery was Nov. 5, 2013. lost 62.6 since surgery. 100 lbs total as of this morning. 21 weeks ago today I had surgery. At the start my BMI was 53.2. Today its 37.1. HAPPY GIRL HERE! ! 79.8 to go to goal........ I was at a stall for about a month. the NUT kept saying more protein, more protein. so I did. gained 6 lbs. So I started tracking calories and carbs. Holy crap was I way over, no wonder the gain. I never was told to watch cal or carbs. My dr left the practice 2 weeks after surgery so I have been pretty much on my own. Records have been transferred to a new dr. that appt is in 2 weeks. But now that I'm tracking cal and carbs and protein weight is coming off again. My next big goal is to reach under 200! ! ! ! I wish this site had a recipe forum that listed nutritional info with the recipes.
