Embarrassing NSV
I've never told this to anyone, but I hope you guys get it.
So in the morning, when I go to the bathroom and I'm cold I developed this habit of sort of holding my panni with my left hand under it, to keep my hand warm. Yeah.. seriously, don't ask. I don't know why I do this. It's sort of weird and embarrassing.
TODAY, however, my panni did not cover my hand. I've certainly noticed it shrinking, but today was a big old neon flashing sign.
This is an NSV that I will share with no one else :P

I can't remember if I ever did that or not! Ha! I surely could have. Now there's a handwarmer well gotten rid of....Go buy a nice pair of mittens, girl!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
The worst part is looking down and seeing GRAY HAIRS. Yikes. Didn't know there were so many of those suckers.

Oh, girl! I remember the first time I looked down in the shower and could see... umm... "all" of myself. It was a mind trip!

I've always carried my weight elsewhere... *cough* behind *cough* so I can't relate to your particular hand warmer situation... But... Butt... At least you were alone when you had your embarrassing moment of realization.
Yeah... I bent over in front of my hubby and his hand snaked out to physically point out the gap between my thighs. We had company at the time. BWAHAHAHA
