Hi Everyone week is half over !!
Before gym 1 Tbsp peanut butter and rice cake this was yummy, have not PB in over a year, don't think I want to go down that path
B: What would my life be without Dannon Lit & Fit Greek blueberry yogurt and my chia seeds, coffee with Benefiber
L: Tuna Salad pack really like these tried it with a low carb tortilla wrap only 60 calories and 6g fiber , 11 carbs. Very tasty
S Almond nut thins only 4 crackers, SF jello Chocolate Indulgence 60 calories but again not sure I want to start these again
D: 3 oz of shrimp and 1/4 cup Broccoli , gave up meat for lent and have been doing well with mostly fish and occasional cheese.
W: 96 oz

Before breakfast- 1 cup cracker barrel decaff coffee w/1splenda packet & 1 35 cal. french vanilla creamer
B- Smoked sausage omelet w/fat free cheddar, green onions, parsley, & mushrooms 30 mins. later 1/2 cup decaff coffee same as above
S- Atkins Cafe Caramel shake
L- 1 8oz. glass of 1% milk
D- Baked salmon with 2 cauliflower cheese sticks on the side
S- later on will have vanilla protein shake mixed w/ 1% milk & 1/2 banana
E- 40 mins on treadmill done
All vitamins & morning meds taken by 2p.m. today

B: I always have the same thing, and never get bored of it :) 1 scoop of Chike in almond milk with SF raspberry syrup
S: Double shot whole mil****d latte (today was a lonnnng day and this was my reward for a crazy workout), soy crisps and a few lentil chips
L: peppered turkey with gruyere
S: pepperoni crisps (baked defatted pepperoni) and a cheese crisp, then 1/2 a packet of strawberry kiwi nectar
D: We went to Red Robin. Had a bite of my husband's patty and I rodered a cup of chili; ate about a third of it.
I feel like I ate a ton today; I was out running errands from 7 until 7. Wasn't super prepared and it shows in the carb-y foods I had. Still kept my carbs under 50, protein over 70, and calories right at 800 so I'll do better tomorrow. The 70 calories of vitamins didn't help (I took gummies today because I forgot my wafers)

E: 50 minutes of HIIT cardio, then an hour of weights which felt GREAT. Had a short workout yesterday so I needed it.
