I find I eat a lot of the same things throughout the week. I have my staples, and then I make a dinner or two to have for meals over a few days. Now, I know a lot of this is processed and some don't do that, but I am picking and choosing my battles right now. Here are some of my staples and favorite foods. (May not be on your plan) The nutritional info is taken from MFP.

Cracker Barrel cheddar bars: 60 calories, 0 carbs, 5 grams protein

Dannon Light N Fit Greek Yogurt (peach, blueberry, and chocolate raspberry are my favorites): 80 calories, 8-9 carbs, 12 grams protein

Simply Balanced chicken sausage from Target. Comes in a variety of flavors like spinach and garlic, spicy Italian. I slice them up in a pan with sliced mushroom and onion, and top with some feta or mozzarella: 1 link has around 80-90 calories, 1-3 carbs, 12 grams protein.

Greek yogurt protein popsicles. 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt mixed with one scoop favorite protein powder (I use syntrax) into four molds: each pop around 60 calories, 3 carbs, 11 grams protein

Boars head chipotle chicken lunchmeat: 2oz has 60 calories, 1 carb, 13 grams protein

Who else has favorites??

I just tried their cherry yogurt last week and it was SO good! I had it with a dollop of sugar free cool whip on top.

Ohhh pistachios. I would eat those until my lips were raw from the salt. I think I need to stay away from those LOL. They are one of my favorite snacking foods.

I had to look up Chike. The funniest part of it was before I saw what it was I kinda said "ew" to myself. The name sound similar to tripe, so I thought it had to be some crazy thing like that. (Nothing against anyone who eats tripe. I've tried it in the past it just was not for me!)

Fage plain Greek yogurt with a six halved almonds, a few frozen blueberries, and 4-5 grams of honey (about 4g carbs for the honey)

Boneless skinless chicken thighs seasoned with chili powder & lime juice, tbsp of black beans, cheddar, Cholula hot sauce, a chopped grape tomato, and a garnish of romaine lettuce (pre-op this was a salad) - I eat this A LOT!

Homemade chili heavier on the lean ground chicken & beef, lighter on the beans garnished with a tiny dollop of Fage & sprinkle of cheddar

I also eat the Simply Balanced chicken sausages often - I usually do the spinach & garlic ones

Amylu Chicken Andoulli Sausage (Costco)

Lean ground chicken italian meatloaf - I finely chop & sauté onion, mushrooms, garlic, spinach, and seeded zucchini them mix it into the meat). I also mix in an egg, shredded parmesan, and seasonings. I top it with homemade marinara (ketchup is gross, IMO, besides being loaded with sugar)

Baked tilapia, walleye, perch, salmon, or tuna with a wedge of lime

Snacks are often cheese (cheddar or pepper jack), wasabi almonds, canned tuna, or left overs from a meal

I have Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt just about every day for breakfast.  I recently found the caramel macchiato flavor - yum!  Other favorites are pouches of tuna, chicken salad, salmon, and turkey burgers.

LOVE all of these ideas! I'll have to check out the chicken sausage from Target, that kind of recipe sounds like something I would love!
