1 year post op visit, I am never going to reach my original weight

Doctor said 7 pounds 8 ounces is just too unrealistic.

But he did say my 1 year labs were great and all within the normal range.  I also hit 100% of my EWL!!!

I gave myself a weight range to stay within to start off.  If I get close to the upper end I will go back to the basics and loose the weight before it starts to compound.  I am also adding in mall amounts of food till I find that stabilization point.  Probably close to the 1100 -1200 cal a day range.  I also use MyFitnessPal to keep track of my food intake.  I have also increased my workouts to 5 days a week for about 1.5 hours per session.  I have been doing this for about 3 months now.  I also attend support groups at my hospital, we have group 3 times a month.
