You look amazing!!! I have always enjoyed reading your posts and words of encouragement. You have helped so many of us to embrace this journey the correct way, instead of the sleeve will do the job for me attitude. I hope you enjoy your cruise!!!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

Carol, you look amazing! You are an inspiration to me and I have enjoyed watching you on your journey. I joined this website several months before my own surgery and have watched your progess from surgery until now. Very impressive. Goes to show you how dedication and hard work pay off! Congrats, you deserve it!
