Looking for support from fellow vegans.

I am about a week and a half from my VSG and wondering if there are other vegans here that would want to share their experiences with me.

not a vegan , but recommend that you find a great nut that can help you stay on a plan , it is hard to get enough protein without   eating animal protein after having wls

My surgical group's nutritionist was knowledgeable and open to my way of eating, not really concerned that I'd have trouble afterward.  Then I went to support group and the only advice I got was to start eating things that  don't work for me.  You're very right in that I should be focusing on the nut's advice and not on what others say.  Thanks.  :)
