Goal Weight and 13 months surgeversary
Congratulations! You have really made your journey appear relatively easy...but I know it has been lots of hard work. I have enjoyed following your progress as I was sleeved just a couple weeks after you. I can tell you...once you hit the initial goal it feels awesome! I was on cloud nine...but of course reset myself go a bit lower as many of us do. :-)
That's been more of a challenge than I anticipated...a word of advice. Stay the course you're on! I know you know this...I thought I did too but I didn't heed my own advice. I got a bit too lazy and started to be less vigilant with my carbs and I haven't been able to get down to where I'd like to be which is just around 155-160. I've been hovering between 162 and 168 for the last 2 months. I know I can get there I just have to get my head back in the game.
I have upped my overall calories to about 900 right now but I think to achieve the last few pounds I will have to drop back lower to the 650 range where I was for about the first 9 months. I know what I have to do...I just have to do it! Easier said than done.
Kudos! Job well done!
True-ly well done!
