VSG on 05/12/14

Hi.. It's been awhile since I've been on here. I was sleeved on May 12th. Ended up being readmitted into the hospital on May 18th due to me having a hernia/bowel obstruction. Since I had two surgeries in the same week, my recovery has been long and hard. But, I can say that Im about 85% now.. So far, I have lost 30 pounds.. I feel good, weak, but good. Today is my first day back at work.. So glad Im finally on the loser's bench!!!.

Thank you!!!! Yes they are.. I just get frustrated sometimes because Im so used to the "clean plate club" mentality, where I dont eat nearly as much as I did before..
