In the beginning I was doing mostly chewables for vitamins and I got those from Bariatric Advantage directly.  My NUT gave me a sample pack so I could try things out.  Now I just get my calcium citrate from BA and everything else comes from Amazon.

I have heard that the bariatric advantage site is good.  I need to broaden my protein shakes up.  I am getting bored and I am scared I won't like them post op.  I have been drinking the boost glucose control shakes.

I buy the Premier protein shakes at Costco and they recently made this available online.  Also, regarding vitamins, after the first couple of months on chewables, one vitamin recommendation from my doc's office was Rainbow Light mini-tablets (which you can get all over the place online) - they are smaller than the usual horse pills, although you have to take three, but I just space them out during the day and it's easy.  Much cheaper than the bariatric vitamins!

I buy Orgain Organic protein powder (chocolate) from Costco.  It comes in a big white container with a green lid.  It's 29.99.  I really like it.

I know I'm probably going to catch a lot of slack for this, but I wanted to sample the Syntrax Nectars. I couldn't find the little packets around here at any of the GNCs and VitaminShoppes so I bought them on eBay. I was able to select my flavors and I've had no problems with them.
