I love yoga.  Right now I just do it twice a week in classes, but I'm going to start doing it on my own the other days of the week.  (I've got an iPad app that seems promising.)

I have the wii fit and wii fit plus ... I've tried the yoga it's awesome but it's sooooooo hard and my valance isn't what it used to be.... I swear when you watch someone do it it looks so easy bit that stuff hurts lol... 2 of my high school friends are yoga instructors and want me to join the class ... One does it right on the beach... God I'd live to but it's during the hours i work !!! :-)

For me (and it might be different for you) yoga was super hard when I started.  But after 4-5 classes I realized, "hey, this is getting easier."  I started remembering pose names, I had a better grasp of what poses needed to be modified due to obesity, etc.  And my knees stopped being sore :P  I'm so glad I stuck with it, because it really adds a lot to my life now, but shee**** was hard to get through those first classes when I felt clueless, ungainly, and uncoordinated!
