I Worked Out Today! Did YOU? - 07/10/2014
2 workouts again yesterday. I ended up doing abs and a long walk. I am definitely resting tonight.
I did a 1 hour Orange Theory workout today. I really pushed myself hard. I didn't have my heart rate monitor today so I don't know how many calories today but I can tell you it is the first time I have ever vomited from working out. I ran at 5mpg at 12% incline for 30 secs and then upped it to 15% for the last 30 seconds.

Left the house at 4:45 am, got home at 7 pm, ate dinner w/ family, read to the little and put him to bed, hung out w/ the teen for a bit, and still managed to get in a measley 15 minutes of treadmill. I did speed intervals but can't figure out how to get the calories in MFP so just logged it as walking a steady pace and matched the calories to the treadmill reading. Close enough since I don't count calories anyway. I never really can decide if I should log exercise into MFP because I'm not intense enough to even consider eating back any of the calories burned. It's more a lifestyle thing for me and building a habit, at this point, than some sort of major intense burn. What do you all do?
