Trigger Foods
I've come to the sad realization that just about anything that I can eat standing up in front of the cupboard is a "trigger food" for me. So that includes things like cookies and crackers of course, as well as "healthy" things that I really should only be eating in very small quantities, like most nuts, protein bars, and pre-sliced cheese. I would probably struggle with dried fruit too, but I know that if I over-eat on that there are going to be some nasty consequences!
I usually deal with this by not having those things in the house. I do have nuts on hand but they have to be unsalted and unspiced - those I won't go crazy on. Usually don't do protein bars at all but I got some to take on vacation with me last week and have leftovers, and tbh I am really struggling with not eating ALL THE QUEST BARS. I may end up throwing them out even though I hate to do that.

I've really enjoyed reading your replies. :D
For me, I have yet to find anything that triggers cravings if I eat it. Not that I've been trying.. but you know what I mean. I can have one bite of a cookie or one piece of chocolate with no problem and then be fine for days. This is actually a pretty amazing thing for me since I was always an "eat everything in site" person in the past. It's strange, though, since I never have problems being content with my own meals when I'm eating a meal with people, but I definitely find people snacking around me to be a triggery thing.
What I do struggle with is vegetables in the fridge. I made a big bowl of greek chicken salad with lots of great veggies and it calls my name from the fridge. Sautéed zucchini from last night's dinner? It's there chanting "Gwen.. GWEN.. come eat me, you know you want me." It's pretty intense.
And when I've been with my parents during the past two weeks.. ugh. My dad is quite the daytime snacker and hearing him snack is a huge trigger for me. The first week I was there, I broke down and had some crackers. This last wee****pt myself to a few pieces of pineapple. (The pineapple was also calling my name. Apparently I really miss fruits and vegetables.)

Don't have a sweet tooth, my weakness is warm bread with butter, cheese burgers, pizza and Chinese food!
have not had any of those things yet, except a bite of my son's cheese pizza.
I must stop doing that, a bite hear, a lick there, that alone triggers cravings!
weighing myself tomorrow at dr office after 3 weeks.. I bet I didn't loose anything!
Still need to get that scale Gwen 😩
