I'm doing 10. I think I have 3 more beads. I plan on my final bead being a beautiful butterfly. I love my bracelet and I love the reminder. I wear it on my "eating" hand. ha

That's awesome. :D All of my planned beads are cheap glass beads, but maybe I'll splurge on a gold bead for my final one!

Thank you very much. I am super determined. But, in all honesty, the 80 pounds lost so far is really just icing on the cake. All the other improvements in my life totally trump the weight :D

Congratulations on taking such great care of yourself!!

I absolutely love the bracelet/bead idea and appreciate the info so I can do that as well.

My surgery is on August 6th and it is so nice to read about everyone's journeys.
