Cool idea! I haven't actually had a situation where I've had sides to do anything with. I either order things that don't have sides in the first place, or my carbaholic partner devours them. Heh. (And the stuff that I do eat gets brought home for my own leftovers, since I love leftovers.)

I LOVE Lebanese food. My mom lived in Lebanon for her junior year in college, so it has always had a special place in her heart which means I've grown up eating it :D YUM.

I've eaten lamb often since surgery! We get our lamb from a local farmer so have a lot of neat cuts (and ground) in our freezer. I certainly haven't had any issue digesting it. Nor has it derailed my weight loss. YUM, love lamb.
(I'm actually grilling lamb skewers tonight.)
