New exercise schedule!
I take my fitness classes at the local college, and they finally posted the class schedule for the fall semester!
My schedule will be going from this:
M: yoga class, treadmill cardio
Tu: yoga class
W: treadmill cardio, yoga at home
Th: yoga at home
F: tai chi class, pilates class, treadmill cardio
Sa: rest
Su: rest
To this:
M: yoga class
Tu: running inside, yoga class
W: yoga class, zumba class
Th: running inside, yoga at home
F: tai chi class, pilates class
Sa: rest
Su: running outside, yoga at home
I'm super excited that I get to add a zumba class to my schedule! I'm also going to be switching my running days from MWF to TuThSu which has a number of benefits. It'll get me off running on the days I have voice lessons and a number of exercise classes and it'll spread my exercise out better during the course of the week. Plus I'll only have one rest day instead of two, which I think is superior.
It'll also let me more easily run outside once a week which is something I need to start doing so that I can be prepared for my upcoming 5k.
Again I say that I have no idea whose life this is I'm living.

I tried Zumba once before, maybe 2 years ago, and it was fun, but I injured myself doing something unrelated and needed to stop. Then the studio stopped offering it! I think it'll be infinitely easier now that I'm 80 pounds lighter :D I'm not very coordinated, but it's fun to try :D
