Is that your multi that has the iron? You can take them at the same time, it's only calcium that needs to be spaced out and that can't be taken with the iron.
So if you're taking the multi with iron and three calciums, you could do the multis at breakfast, and then a calcium at lunch, dinner, and bedtime. Just as an example!

Thanks Gwen. Yes, the Multi has iron in it. So I only have to take it, calcium and extra vitamin D. It was going to be a nightmare remembering to take the Multi 3 times a day, but it didn't say if you could take them all together. Since it didn't say not to I was hoping it was okay. Now I just have to remember the calcium 3 times a day. :-) Do you think I shouldn't have the Multi in the morning if I am having yogurt, since that has calcium, which isn't supposed to be with iron?
Vitamins can be so challenging! I would take the multi with a non-dairy meal. I used to take my iron right after yogurt and realized that might be unwise :P
