5days post up and back in hospital :(
The diarrhea is most likely due to "liquids in, liquids out." Totally normal when you're on a liquid diet!

My insurance has already been approved and I will be seeing the surgeon for the first time next week so I am pre surgery. I am so glad you are doing better and thank you for sharing this info because it is important for me to hear your story as it helps me prepare in case I experience a similar situation as yours. I just found out that Gas X come in strips and you place it on your tongue. I wouldn't advise anyone to take anything without your doctors approval. I am just holding on tight and reading some of the stories here which is helping me immensely. Good luck my friend!
Wow, I couldn't even get whole liquids until I farted, no food until I pooped...then when they were satisfied with that, and only then was I even discharged from the hospital. I can't believe they let you home without being able to far.
