How to break a stall?

I had an 11-day stall in my second month, and I gave my nutritionist a call, finally. She reviewed my food logs, and suggested I add a couple of vegetable mini-meals every day (I had been keeping my carbs under 30g, so just about all I was eating was protein), but things unstalled before I could put her advice into effect. You can try different things to try and bump your metabolism around, but I really do believe that stalls are the body's way of memorizing a new set of cir****tances--of dealing with the loss of fat, the redistribution of fluid, etc. If you're being rigorous about what you are eating, and sticking to your surgeon's food plan, you will be just fine.
