So I was wondering this is gonna be tmi but after having sex for the first time after surgery did it burn? Is this something I need to worry about?

It didn't burn for me but then everyone could be different. I would email your Dr just to be safe

Sounds like a yeast infection from all the antibiotics.

I looked up the symptoms cause I've never had one before and the only thing that i guess fit my problem was the burning while urinating. I'm not experiencing the other symptoms.

It could be a uninary tract infection(uti). Get it checked out asap because it can get bad real fast!
