How much should you be eating at 2 months out
I dont know if Im eating enough food for the day. I usually have a protein shake, 1 lg egg, 1/4 cup of cottage cheese, greek yogurt, 1 0z of beef Jerky. and 0ne ounce of chicken or dense meat. Im getting under 600 calories a day and my protein is over 80 a day. Any info would help. Thank you in advance with you advice.

I'm 2 months out. For yogurt it takes me an hour but I can do 4 ounces. It takes me an hour for 2 ounces of turkey burger patty (no bread) or chicken. I eat 2 ounces of turkey chili, fish or shrimp but that goes quicker (30-45 minutes). I have no idea how many calories I consume. I just try to measure my food into 2 ounce servings as suggested by my NUT.
I'm also 2 months out. I eat about that too. I put peanut butter in my protein shake so my calories are higher than yours. Your protein shake must have a lot of protein to get your up to 80. What kind is it? I'm looking for something different. My NUT said that at this point not to worry about calories but more about protein.
I love peanut butter, just not the calories or the fat. I use powdered peanut butter - PB2, mix 2 TB with 1TB water, stir until smooth and enjoy. 45 calories, 1.5 fat gr, sat fat 0m, carbs 5gr fiber, 2gr, sugars 1gr, prt 5gr . 85% less fat than traditional peanut butter. You can find it in the whole foods section at Fred Meyers. The only ingred: roasted peanuts, sugar and salt., that's it no additives, chemicals, etc. $4.95 for 6.5 oz.
They also have a chocolate peanut better - yummy
I learned this at WW mtgs.

I eat a 5oz Greek yogurt for breakfast, a P3 pack for lunch, and have 2-3 oz of chicken with melted cheese on it for dinner. It takes a long time to eat the yogurt in the morning. I don't do a lot of protein shakes anymore because I get almost all of my protein from foods. If what I have planned to eat for the day doesn't measure out to enough protein, I drink a shake as well. (edited to add that I am also two months out)
