How much should you be eating at 2 months out
Eating extra calories because of exercise is one of the reasons why exercising can fail to help people lose weight. Chances are that you don't need extra calories when you exercise, although planning your meals so you get a meal after a workout might be useful.

My weight loss is affected by having too low a calorie intake. So when I burn a lot of calories, I need to intake more just to give my body something to burn. When I relied on just exercise to take the weight off since the calories were going, my weight loss stalled. Doctor said to up calories a LITTLE (not a lot obviously). I'm adding like a stick of cheese or something.
What does your plan say you should be eating at this point?
