One Month Post op
Wow I cant believe its been a month since surgery. I gotta say pretty happy with my 1st month I dropped 30lbs! I do notice now however that my weight is fluctuating by a lot and I think it's because I'm not on liquids anymore I also haven't been working out very much, but I'm about to step that up as well. I start soft foods in 4 days is it really any different than the pureed I mean I haven't had any trouble holding anything down. My only other problem is I need a therapist and a dietitian because I've only been eating maybe 200-300 calories a day I guess part of me is afraid to over eat because that's always been my problem. I know I need to be eating more so I'm gonna find some help. Well that's my 1 month update I'm so happy I had surgery and I look forward to the rest of my journey!
Good luck with finding a therapist! It might take a few tries to find one you click with, but it'll be well worth it when you do.
