A menu!

For those playing along at home, I got the steak tartare at Smith and Wollensky's on Sunday.  It was amazing - I ate half and had the other half the next day.  (I also had some cheesecake which f'd my stomach up with all the sugar.)

So here's another "what would you order here?" post.  This is my pre-race dinner due to proximity to the hotel I'll be staying in.  And because my partner would live on steakhouses if he had the choice.

I'm leaning toward the Ahi Tuna Tower.

(And I'm looking forward to not eating out for a while.)

I think the Ahi Tuna Tower sounds good. Oysters may be good too -- a good source of protein? Then again, you've gotta like oysters in order to eat them, so if you don't, that's a no-go. :) I think it's really smart that you research the menus beforehand and post them. I definitely look stuff up online if I can before going out.

I love being able to check menus out online.  It makes life so much easier!  And I always enjoy seeing what other people would pick.

I would order the Honey-Chilli Glazed Salmon Fillet. That sounds delicious!

They have three kinds of ribeye

But the Ahi sounds good too.

When just one ribeye won't cut it :D

Sadly I'm staying in a hotel that night and won't have a fridge, so sticking to an appetizer is the way to go.  Sniff.

I'm intrigued by the Maine Lobster ****tail..never seen that before

i'd probably go with the scallops appetizer or the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella.
