Weird NSV and getting sick...
So went to the doctor yesterday and had a weird NSV the nurse went to take my blood pressure and the cuff on it fit! She didn't need the bigger cuff I laughed when I realized this and she asked me why I was laughing I told her I have always needed the bigger cuff when it came to getting my blood pressure checked. On the other hand got sick after eating for the first time I'm sure it was my fault I either ate to fast and didn't chew good enough or I ate to much avacado either way gonna learn from my mistake.
