stalled grrrrrr

Ok week 3. Lost 7 pounds since surgery. NOT CHEATING AND FOLLOWING ALL DIRECTIONS.    Post op appt yesterday. Doc says it will happen just keep doing.   I am walking more too.   Frustrated.   

Do a search for 3 week stall. It happens to most people. Follow the plan and the results will happen. 

I am stalled again too at 5 weeks.  I stalled at 3, lost 7 at 4, and stalled again. If I am hardly eating why am I not losing?  I am starting to think my body does not want to let go.  I am also increasing activity but frustrated that I can't exercise more.  I miss Zumba.  Maybe I am only losing on even weeks.  LOL  We'll see next week.  You are not alone.

I will send good thoughts your way. Please do so for me.   We can do this 

arghhh! I know how you all feel...I am only at 6 weeks and on like my 3rd stall..this one lasting  much longer than others...sometimes I wonder if my body thinks I am starving it or something...oh well..i am hanging in there and doing the best I can..hopefully tomorrow will be the day..i am so close to my 1st personal ..within 1.5 pounds.

I was hoping to be under 200 (according to his scale with clothes) by my appointment on Thursday.  Still hanging at 205.  So frustrating.  I know it will happen eventually though.

I had surgery on dec 23 I'm stalled too so I guess this is the 3rd week stall everyone is talking about. So lets be patient and not stress. I lost 20 pounds since surgery (my home scale better be accurate)
