Today is my 1 year surgaversary. It's been quite a year. I am so glad I had this surgery, I am down 165 still have a ways to go but I already feel so much better than a year ago. A year ago I could barely walk, breath, sleep laying down, needed a seat belt extender, and so many more things that I can do now. I hope this next year will bring more positive changes. Anybody thinking of having this done should do it, it will change your life:)
