B - Egg white omelet with a hint of salsa

L - Tuna with mozzarella

D - Flounder with sweet potatoes

S - Greek Yogurt

Breakfast - crustless mushroom quiche

lunch - buffalo chicken with wheat thins

lunch2 - phily cheese steak sloppy joes and mashed cauliflower

dinner - thai chicken thigh in peanut sauce

water - good

vitamins - on track

exercise - weight training

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

L: Chicken soup w/kale and potatoes, pear

D: Cheddar, a few Kalamata olives

S: Coffee w/vitamins

W&V: Done

E: I made soup. Compared to my inert state the last 3 weeks, the soup was a lot of activity for me
