Just checking in- did everything come out ok?  

Surgeon: Chengelis  Surgery on 12/19/2011  A little less carb eating compared to my weight loss phase loose sleever here!

get the enema. either the liquid or suppository.  And I find milk of magnesia worked better that Mirilax.  Just do it. Its that dang protein stuff that plugs you up. Once you get to more veggies and stuff it will improve. Go to the store now.   Been there done that.   Diane S

One other thought... I tried an enema last night that was mentioned here and it worked (thank you!).

Before I had surgery this was never an issue. What I think worked for me was taking a daily Magnesium supplement, a little fat like avocado or coconut oil in my morning smoothie and some fiber, like spinach, kale, etc., and of course lots of water.

You're welcome. Those things got me through three pregnancies.

Talk to your Dr about prescribing you a medication. With the pain meds and vitamins you can get opioid constipation. I used enemas as well.
