Regular Doctors

Does anyone no the name of a Personal Care Physician that is in favor of these surgeries that practices out of Bothell, Kenmore, Woodinville, Kirkland etc.. Washington State? I would be very greatful for the information. I need to go to a doctor who is receptive to these procedures..

I'm not in your area, but one idea would be to ask your surgeon (if you have one). Your surgeon may be familiar with someone that referred a prior patient and can give you info. Otherwise, instead of making appointments and finding out the hard way they don't like it, you could contact a doc you are considering and ask the to speak with the nurse. You could ask her to pose the question to the doc - "I'm looking for a new physician, and as a person with morbid obesity I'd like to know if your physician is in favor of gastric bypass surgery, or is opposed, generally speaking."
