Julie H. Where are you

Hi Tara, I haven't heard anything from insurance. They are jagging me around again. They did this same thing in 2005. Theresa ( the gastric bypass coordinator) has faxed everything in to Ins. 3 times and every time I keep waiting for a few days and then I will call and they keep saying we haven't recieved anything yet. I know they are full of crap because I have been dealing with a certain lady at Ins. and she gave me her direct fax number and she still is claiming that they never recieved it.  They did this before too. So almost two weeks have passed and the ******** are saying the same thing. I just don't know what else to do. Theresa is getting so frusturated too. I did get an approval from FHC but they only cover the professional fees, no hospital charges. That was at least some good news. I will definately keep you posted!
