ANY GASTRIC SLEEVE PATIENTS?

 I am searching for Alabama gastric sleeve patients... are any out there? If so, could you please tell a bit about your experience, you doctor and where the surgery was performed.. I am torn between banding and the sleeve and am seeking testimonials to help with my decision. Thanks!

 Welcome to the Bama Boards!!

We have several lap band patients here, and one with surgery date scheduled for the band.
However, I don't know of any with the sleeve in Alabama that I've met yet....
I have read up on it and some insurance companies are just now starting to offer coverage for the sleeve.
I am praying for you as you research and find the best option for you and your journey!!

Hi there, and welcome to the Bama Board. My surgeon, Dr. John Touliatos, just did his first sleeve patient a couple of weeks ago. We have a gentleman that attends our support group that has had the sleeve done, however his surgery was done in Atlanta.
