OMG Chicometrics
Yesterday was my 3rd workout and today I am sore, but not nearly as sore as I was after the first time!! My thighs were killing me!! The "scoops" exercise is a killer for me!! I plan on measure again after 2 more workouts, but I lost 3" after the 2nd workout!! I do it at night before I go to bed, the stretching at the end feels really good.
It is worth trying, I can't do all of the exercises, or all of the reps for everyone, but I do what I can, and I noticed with each time I can do a little more. Good luck to all!!
