Has anyone ever mixed the SF pudding mix into cottage cheese?  I'd like to try this, but I'd like to know if anyone's had success with this.  I have a box of pistachio pudding mix and a 1 lb container of cottage cheese. Does this sound good or gross?

I wonder if pumpkin flavor would taste like pumpkin pie?

I'VE NEVER HAD PUDDING AND COTTAGE CHEESE TOGETHER. I ALWAYS HAVE FRUIT IN MY COTTAGE CHEESE. IF YOU DO TRY IT, LET ME KNOW HOW IT TASTES. I KNOW PISTACHIOS TASTE GOOD WITH CHOCOLATE. MAYBE PISRACHIO PUDDING AND CHOCOLATE PUDDING. THAT SOUNDS GOOD.

I'm a jello and cottage cheese addict myself but it sounds pretty tempting!

I actually have a recipe where you sprinkle the jello over the cottage cheese, stir until jello is "melted".  Add a small can of pineapple tidbits, drained.  Fold in some coolwhip and Wa La!  A yummy salad!  I know it sounds gross, but it's actually awesome.  I know people who do raspberry jello and then do fresh raspberries for the fruit.  Denise

SOUNDS LIKE YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT LIME DREAM SALAD. I ALWAYS CALLED IT "THE GREEN STUFF" 1 SMALL BOX LIME JELLO 1 SMALL CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE(with juice) 6 ICE CUBES 1 8OZ.COOL WHIP, THAWED 1 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE IN SMALL SAUCEPAN, MIX JELLO AND CRUSHED PINEAPPLE. COOK AND STIR UNTIL BOILING. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN ICE CUBES UNTIL MELTED. IN A LARGE BOWL MIX COOL WHIP AND COTTAGE CHEESE. ADD JELLO MIXTURE AND STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. CHILL UNTIL SET. BELIEVE ME YOUR FAMILY WILL FIGHT OVER THIS.

Sounds very similar!!  Thanks for sharing the recipe, I'm going to copy and paste it, if you don't mind!  Denise

THAT'S WHY I SENT IT.  IT'S VERY GOOD.  YOU CAN ALSO TRY A DIFFERENT JELLO, LIKE ORANGE WITH  A CAN OF MANDIRAN? ORANGES.

i got a recipe from ww one time:

2 boxes pistachio sugar free pudding

15 oz can crushed pineapple (they have it now with Splenda, not juice)

1 quart of sugar free/fat free yogurt. Mix the yogurt and pineapple (with juice) together, then stir in the dry pudding powder. I think if you have a small can of undrained crushed pineapple, you could mix that with the cottage cheese and then sprinkle in the sf pistachio pudding mix and it might turn out real well.  The pudding mix would need some liquid to help its texture.  Sounds yummy.

now i have made pistacchio pudding by the directions on the box and eaten it with cottage cheese but i haven't mixed the powder into the cottage cheese before. but the pistacchio and cottage together are good. also pistacchio pudding with strawberry jello is good too. i just make each one by the directions on the box and after they set up i mix them together. it's pretty good too!!
