Are there savory protein bars?!?

I'm 3 months out...yeah!!!! and use a protein bar each morning for breakfast - they have better staying power for me than a shake......but I'm so sick of sweet stuff!!!   Do they make savory protein bars - cheese, salsa, BBQ etc???!    I have soy crisps which are in those flavors - but the carb to protein ratio isn't as good as with the bars I've found and I"m sick of the peanut butter choco etc. bars I'm using.   Wouldn't this be a good idea!??!?   Susan

Susan, I had a horrible time finding a protein bar I liked since I have a sugar aversion & all the protein bars out there were either covered in chocolate or WAY too sweet! It's not really 'savory' but it is coated with lightly salted peanuts...Labrada's Rockin' Roll bar.  The peanutty flavor.  It's kind of like a payday bar - but it's not sweet...no chocolate!  I don't like their Trail Mix or Honey Almond - too sweet. I get mine from www.vitaminshoppe.com - free shipping if you order over $99 which is easy to do.  www.amazon.com also has free shipping but they don't have the peanutty flavor. (amazon's minimum order is $25). Hi Susan,  I am addicted to Crunchy Cheese... these little baked rounds of cheese we sampled at the Irvine conference. I've ordered twice already . They are sooooo good and they make a bar size!! Give them a try. I haven't tried the bars yet but if they are anything like those little rounds... I better watch out. They come in all sorts of flavors... I love the White Cheddar and Jalapeno so far the best. They have pizza, nacho, ranch, etc and you can buy a variety pack. Here's the info ~Michelle
