I personally could not tolerate Carnation.  It made me sick early out.  I tried all sorts of protein drinks, and spent a small fortune on them before I found a couple that worked for me.  I love Isopure Fruity drinks and WorldWide pure protein drinks.  You can get both of these from GNC.  It is all a matter of individual tastes. Good luck to you.

Hey Jen, What website did you paste this from?  I love these drinks and have had them in the past, but have trouble ordering them online; locally they are hard to find and/or very expensive.  Thanks for sharing! XOXOXO Trish 240/173/150

hi jenn- i find it so fascinating to read about everyone's different likes and dislikes--i guess that's what makes the world go round!! i couldn't (and can't) tolerate any protein powders--i have 9 started containers on the counter---so i used the carnation instant br. mix with added protein and extra powdered milk.  this wasn't too bad for me until lately, cause i am sick of it!!  so i, too am looking for an alternative!! would rather drink....hmmmmm? don't you wish some smart person out there came up with a supplement for protein??  i sure do.  afterall, there is a little space left on the shelves in the drug and vitamin stores!!! if you get any good responses jenn, let me know, cause i am a searchin too! lora

I eat Instone Pudding for breakfast and lunch every day.  It is pretty filling and satisfies my chocolate fix.  GNC carries it.  Good luck!  Nonnie

Personally, i cannot stand the isopure drinks! It is quite funny how everyone's tastes differ. I am 2 months out, and i hate all the protein drinks i have tried. It's so bad, that some days i go without (i know, not good). I just ordered some new things off line though...micellar milk, achievone and stallone pudding. These all sound good, but i haven't offically tried them yet. Here's to hoping...good luck.

YOU ALSO MIGHT WANT TO TRY,   SLIMFAST "LOW CARB CREAMY CHOC."  THAT HAS 20GR OF PROTEIN.   SLIMFAST HAS SO MANY OUT THERE,  JUST READ THE ONE THAT IS LOW IN CARBS.   IT IS A NICE CHANGE OFF.   NOT THE SAME THING ALL THE TIME. GOOD LUCK BRIDGET K.
