Headaches from Crystal Light?

I, too, have heard of Aspertame causing headaches in some.  Try switching to koolaid and splenda if you need some flavoring. 

Thank you all.  I haven't had any today and, so far, no headache!  I guess that tells me something.  On the diet cola thing -- that stuff is lethal!!  My brother had the beginnings of esophageal cancer from drinking it all the time.  Luckily, they got him on treatment and averted a big disaster there!
