Crystal Light and Splenda??

The ready to drink version of Crystal light is made with Splenda, but all the powdered versions are made with aspartame (Equal). I made it a point of checking all the labels as I'm allergic to aspartame and it gives me MASSIVE migraine headaches.

Well, you can always make Koolaid with Splenda.  Hawaiian Punch also has a light version that's made with Splenda.  Crystal Light is indeed made with aspartame (nutrasweet or equal)
