I usually do some Progresso 99%FF soup for lunch (if you have a microwave handy), or I take a hard boiled egg and some beef jerky (the kind I get from the meat shop in town - not that stuff in the plastic bag at the grocery).  Cheese and nuts and a piece of fruit.  A slice of turkey deli meat with a slice of cheese and maybe a sliver of pickle rolled up in it.  And, when I really want to go gourmet, I follow these delicacies up with a can of V8 juice! Man, talk about livin' large!  LOL Linda

Those tuna salad kits are great ideas. I freeze one cup portions of chili and take them with me.  Protein Bars (Atkins PB Granola) its a good size bar with no sugar and is filling to me.  They sell cottage cheese in individual containers add some fruit to it or dannon fit and light yogurt with some bare naked granola and blueberries.  Light mozz cheese sticks and deli cuts. Deviled eggs, tuna/chicken salad made from home with a WASA cracker.  Soy burgers (I love mornings stars black bean burger) chop it up on some romaine with some salsa and ff sour cream you have a great taco salad. Hope this helps.

Hi, I have been getting the south beach diet kits.  They are with the lunchables in the refrig. part.  I just eat one of the soft shell taco things and eat all the meat and cheese.  They have a good bit of protein for one meal.  They range in protein from 20-30 grams per package.  I like things that are quick and easy so this helps out alot.  At work we only get a 30 min break for lunch so this helps alot.  They have little salad kits also that are good and have pita chips with them.  Have a great day.
