Hi I just have a question and need some friendly advice. I have read that a few people drink propel water. I drank it this weekend for the first time and loved it. I did notice that it has sugar in it....???? How bad is that for me. i never get enough water in I struggle to get 2 bottles in all day and i feel like if i can drink that i could get more water in for sure. I am almost 5 weeks out from a gastric sleeve and have lost 30 lbs and feel great. I don't want to start a bad habit. What do you guys think???

I can only go by personal experience that I have used it from day one with no ill effects.  I do cut it 1/2 propel 1/2 h2o ...I love it and it keeps me hydrated and allows me to get my fluids in.  Plus it has nice vitamins in it.  I like the berry and kiwi strawberry.  I am almost three years out and at goal. Thank you so much. I have been wanting to get some but i was worried about the sugar. I don't dump like most people and have been pretty lucky. I was just worried about putting to much junk in my body.

I'm drinking some grape right now...delicious...4 grams doesn't bother me...so I drink it...not a lot because it's pricey but for a change now and then...it's good.

I have drank it from day one coming home from the hospital.  I really like the grape, lemon and peach.  I have never had any s/sx of dumping with it.  matter of fact the nutritionist teaching the pre-op class gave it the thumbs up. Missy

I am also struggling getting all my water in.  My last doctor's visit, I told Dr Daly about my struggles with water.  He suggested Propel. I didn't buy it initially because I saw it had sugar in it. Since my doctor's visit,  I have been drinking the Propel Water and am getting more water in daily.  I drink the grape, berry and lemon.  I don't taste all the chemicals as I do with Crystal Light.  So for now, this is what I will continue to drin****il I get sick of it and will have to switch to something else.

Love the Berry flavored Propel!  My nutriontionist also gave it the thumbs up... anything less than 5 grams of sugar is on the OK list. Drink up! Kris

Thank all of you so much!! I was feeling so guilty about drinking it this weekend but at the same time all I can think about at work today is running out and getting some. Glad to know I can with out the guilt.
