BLUEBERRIES
WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME??
For the PAST TWO WEEKS I've been craving BLUEBERRIES!!!
And I mean like a severe craving...
I have re-started taking my vitamins, ALL of them.
Could that be it? Maybe now that I'm getting what my body needs??
I know it sounds strange but GOOD LORD this is one heckuva craving!!!
Anyone have any advice or suggestions??

Eat the blueberries! Fresh or frozen blueberries (or dried if you can find unsweetened) are excellent snacks. Full to the brim with essential nutrients and antioxidants. In fact, all berries are excellent choices for us.
Of course, take your vitamins too!

No, I'm not saying you're not lacking something--only a blood test can help determine that!

Blueberries are excellent as long as they are unsweetened - I prefer natural. I add blueberries to FF Ricotta - add a bit of splenda and some cinnamon and just love it! I even add blueberries and a bit of splenda to FF cottage cheese with a sprinkle of cinnamon and it is to die for. Blueberries are good!!!! as long as there is no sugar added ... read the labels.
Hi Beth
Good morning
blueberries are actually good for us.
all berries are the fruits that we should be eating.
berries and melons!!
one of my favorite snacks to eat is...
blueberries and sliced almonds mixed together.
i also love them frozen!!!!! LOVE THEM!
blueberries are loaded with nutrients
blueberries have vitamin C , blueberries are high in the soluble fiber pectin
magnanese , vitamin E and LOW IN CALORIES :-)
blueberries helps with vision
also they neutralize free radical damage to the
collagen matrix of cells and tissues
that can lead to cataracts, glaucoma, varicose veins,
hemorrhoids, peptic ulcers, heart disease and cancer
blueberries help protect the brain from oxidative stress and
may reduce the effects of age-related conditions
such as Alzheimer's disease or dementia
there is so much more that this little fruit can do for us :-)
