to those with the good advice thanks.  even with my sweet tea, I only get 700 to 900 calories a day, with 230 of that being my indulgence of 1 sweet tea. That is one of my problems is I would rather drink than eat.  I am 6 months post op and have lost 90 lbs.  I will get some tea today and try brewing my own.  I usually do instant but it hadnt been doing the trick.  I guess it is that brewed taste that I am looking for.

I went to mcdonalds today and had a sweet tea. It lasted from breakfast to past lunch. My first taste was OH MY GOD IS THIS SWEET!!!! Although it was good I did like it but the sugar level was out of this world. I think it would put a disbetic into a coma if thay drank it. I tested my blood sugar an hour after lunch and it was 205 due to this large amount of sugar in mcdonalds sweet tea. I think this drink needs to come with a warning labe ( not for diabetic's).
