Stomach pains form crystal light

I notice that when I drink crystal light it gives me this hollow pain in my stomach, did anyone experience this?

I just started drinking it and I find that too .. it's too sweet tasting for me .. so I can still drink it but I have to add more water. After adding more water i'm fine with it.

Yep, I tried the Crystal Light orange flavor and the pain set in pretty quick.  Lemon Lime gatorade did the same thing as does plain water.

I've been drinking Gatorade G2 diluted w/ 1/2 water (fruit punch) and that doesn't seem to cause any pain.

Anything with the Evil Aspartame hunts my stomach---always has.  Try some unsweetened Kool-Aide and sweeten it with Splenda. Also, I make lemonade and tea with Splenda.

I put my crystal light in 32 oz of  crushed ice water.........I go to Sonic and get a large cup of their wonderful crushed ice........come home add my cold water and CL.........I drink 2 or 3 of these 32oz  cups everyday!!! LOVE IT!!!.......I do NOT like it in bottled water........YUCK!

It happens to alot of people and its prob because its made with a diffrent type of sweetener. You might want to try a sugar free drink that uses splenda it goes down easyer.
