no energy

i had my surgury last tues. and have been just fine until last night ,its like i hit a wall i have no energy is this a phase or what

I had the same thing happen to me.  Others on the OH boards express that it is a phase of recovery.  So hopefully we are normal in this totally abnormal situation.

It is very normal.  This is why my Dr recommended not going back to work for 3 weeks and even then I was still kinda pooped.  Luckily I have a "desk job" so I didn't need to worry about too much.  It is just your body using all of its energy to heal and take into consideration that at this stage you are only doing liquids.  Trust me...it will get better!!

im drinking about 60 oz a day,i feel like im going to float away,and thx to all for the info,so much to learn
