I've been so good today it's scary.  Of course the day isn't over yet.

Outta bed
coffee

Breakfast
0% Fage with less than 1/4 cup Ezekiel Cereal

In the truck
1 apple sliced

Lunch
1 hot dog from Jr's....just mustard and relish and onions
NO CHEEEEEEEPS.

Snack
1 can Slimfast

Dinner
1/4 bag of steamed spinach (forgot I don't have a freezer)
1 Kashi frozen dinner
Unfortunately I didn't look at the package.  It's the black bean mango...tastes great, but only 8g of protein.  I was trying to beat the 5 o:clock traffic so was in a hurry!

Later
I think I may have a protein bar and a cup of tea to up my protein a bit.  And today, no munchins and no junk of any kind.  Except for the hot dog, and man was it good.  Probably 250 calories at best.

I'm tired, going to take my shower and read for a bit.  May be back later, may not.

Hugs
Charlie

ps....it's been one a them days.....

B: went to Bob Evans with my hubby before a doctor's appointment... had an egg and a half (over medium) , 3/4 of a slice of bacon and a couple of bites of the crispier top of biscuit. (I could not resist. WHY didn't I ask her not to bring those?)
L: bag of dry kay's naturals cereal and a couple of bites of asiago cheese that I picked out of pasta salad.
S: iced latte (homemade) with sf cinnamon dolce and nonfat milk
D: about 1/2 cup of enchilada casserole that I made for my son's b-day dinner and a scoop of black beans.

Going to tryyyy to avoid my son's birthday cake. *sigh*

Those biscuits are the devil's cookies.  I love em too and every one I've eaten since surgery is a lump on my ass or thighs.  I'm trying to quit.

Those pumpkins are too, too funny. I've had a lot of days like that recently, as well. Lame! But today, I've been good! So far! hah.

Breakfast: skinny iced latte with an extra espresso shot...mannn that was a fun couple of hours

Lunch: 5 reduced fat Ritz with hummus, a slice of ff cheese, and a few turkey pepperonis.

Snack: Big Train blended low carb mocha

Dinner: sloppy-joe beef with cheese, an attune bar, and probably more hummus. need to get that stuff out of the fridge.

Late snack: probably another blended mocha.

My sissy sent me that picture.  It's a hoot.  Here's another one she sent, I love it, but have no place to use it....yet!

She calls it 'Bubba Gator'.

That's too much! I'm glad I don't live near the swamps, we don't have a lot of Bubba Gators in my town. =P  It does kind of look like me when I buy myself something really tasty, though, haha.

Tess, is "protein bread" something you make, or are there specific brands? I've only looked in supermarkets.

B: 1/2 serving mini wheats with skim milk (low blood sugar woke me up)
S: string cheese
L: the guts of a chicken salad wrap and some white chili
D: cheese ravioli and sauce
S: i made Eggface's caramel banana souffles, and I'll have one later. Took a bite of one already, and YUM! My 16 year old son just scarfed one down. Didn't have the heart to tell him it's a protein snack.
Need more water.....ugh
