I"m tring to make my pouch work with me but its' bcome difficult so I'm trying to work with it!

S: (bad girl) too many light Pringle's and Wheat Thins...had the munchies, for some reason

D: About 5-6 bites of spaghetti
Not enough water...
Calorie-wise, not a bad day...but not enough protein or water, and shouldn't have overdone the chips. I really probably only had 10 Pringle's and 10 little Wheat Thin squares, but that's way too many, no protein, and a bad habit. Gonna work on that.

B- 3 oz. leftover chicken arrabiata
S- small toasted almond latte lite from DD.
L- Labrada Rockin Roll protein bar.
S- Kay's Naturals protein chips.
D- the insides of 2 chicken tacos and 1/2 cup of chicken enchilada soup from Chili's.
More than enough water....
