After work: venti coffee frap light

Breakfast- yogurt with some kashi granola
snack-protein shake
lunch- spinach salad with turkey bacon
dinner- grilled chicken and some cottage cheese and pineapple
snack- SF pudding

Absolutely LOVE the pumpkins!!!!
I"m tring to make my pouch work with me but its' bcome difficult so I'm trying to work with it!

B:  coffee w/ splenda & non-fat creamer powder
S:  yogurt
:L: 2oz jesp turkey ~ has become easu as before 2jello/uuby is 2 slices...watch e survig size portions caise te i
S:  South Beach Die energy mix with added raisings.
D:  1/2 cup mixed veggies w/rice
S:  pumpkin puding w/whip topping ~ frozen

not great but an okay day!!!

S: (bad girl) too many light Pringle's and Wheat Thins...had the munchies, for some reason
L:  Nothing
D:  About 5-6 bites of spaghetti

Not enough water...

Calorie-wise, not a bad day...but not enough protein or water, and shouldn't have overdone the chips. I really probably only had 10 Pringle's and 10 little Wheat Thin squares, but that's way too many, no protein, and a bad habit. Gonna work on that.

Didn't have time to post last night, went to a support group meeting and out with my "Cult" afterwards.  :)
B-  3 oz. leftover chicken arrabiata
S-  small toasted almond latte lite from DD.
L-  Labrada Rockin Roll protein bar.
S-  Kay's Naturals protein chips.
D-  the insides of 2 chicken tacos and 1/2 cup of chicken enchilada soup from Chili's.
More than enough water....
