Hiya Charlie! Sounds like you're enjoying your time in Chicago with Kathy - but yayyy for going home!!

Here's my eats for today...

B: 2 eggs, over medium
S: homemade iced latte (espresso, sf cinnamon dolce syrup, nonfat milk, a splash of sf French vanilla creamer)

L: 1/3 C of Trader Joe’s chicken chile verde (this had been in my freezer since before surgery, and I finally ate it. LOL It was tasty, but spicy! cleared my sinuses good! hehe But it was very high in protein so I said what the heck, and hubby and I shared it.) 2 little spiral sandwich roll thingies from Sam’s Club
D: 4 Tyson tequila lime wings – skin pulled off (200 cal, 13g fat, 20g protein, 0 sugars... probably less fat with skins pulled off) and ¼ C of cheesy, creamy spinach. (cooked chopped spinach, light cream cheese, shredded parmesan, romano, asiago blend, garlic powder, salt and a sprinkle of crushed red peppers.)

S: Kay’s Naturals Honey Almond cereal – dry

I think that will do it for me today. Have a good night!

It's amazing how a good puke session can make a girl feel so good.  Dinner was not a happy event, but after throwing it up, I'm feeling much better now.  But I think the pouch needs a rest.

It was definitely not a normal day around here.  We went to Cedar Point (amusement park) yesterday and I didn't crawl into bed until almost 3:00 a.m. this morning.  I slept until noon so my eating schedule was all screwed up and I couldn't really get back on track.

Out of bed -- a couple soy chips and a handful of grapes
2:45 -- realized I hadn't eaten all day, so stopped at Taco Bell for Pintos and Cheese
4:20 -- popcorn at the movie
7:30 -- spaghetti -- not my most brilliant move of the day. Post-vomit it was fine.

I did bake some Banana Nut Protein Souffles tonight.  They are on the counter cooling.  This will be breakfast tomorrow.  They smell so good!  Thanks Michelle - for keeping us all knee deep in delicious recipes to play with.

Hi Janice -

I went to the Bargain Theater and saw The Women.  Definitely a chick flick and had a good friendship-above-all-else type story line.  I was kind of under-whelmed though.  It seemed to drag in many spots and instead of leaving the theater thinking what a great movie it was... I was just thinking that it was too long.  Glad I only paid $3 for the movie.

But then again, Meg Ryan was one of the lead characters and I love her, so it was good to see her in something new. She's beautiful in this film
